Airtel Implements Relief Measures for Flood-Affected Customers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
In response to the unprecedented rains and subsequent flooding in parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Airtel has announced rolling out a series of relief measures to help customers stay connected during this challenging time. Here's a summary of relief measures for Airtel customers using various services:

Prepaid Mobile Customers

For prepaid mobile customers whose validity has expired and who are unable to recharge, Airtel is providing 1.5GB of free mobile data per day, along with unlimited calling. This benefit will be valid for 4 days, ensuring that affected customers can maintain communication with their loved ones and access essential services.

Postpaid Mobile Customers

Airtel has extended the bill payment due dates by 7 days for all impacted postpaid mobile customers. This extension will help ensure uninterrupted access to mobile services during the period of disruption.

Prepaid Home Wi-Fi Customers

Similarly, for prepaid home Wi-Fi customers whose service validity has expired and who cannot recharge, Airtel is offering an additional 4 days of service. This measure aims to provide continuous internet access to those affected by the floods.

Postpaid Home Wi-Fi Customers

For postpaid home Wi-Fi customers, Airtel is also extending the bill payment due dates by 7 days, ensuring that these customers have uninterrupted access to home Wi-Fi internet services.

Despite significant challenges, such as power supply disruptions and obstacles in the movement of fuel supplies, Airtel says its network teams and partners are working tirelessly to keep the network operational.
