Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat) and PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia (Zurich) today announced a new partnership to integrate insurance services with telecommunications. The collaboration, unveiled at a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony at the Indosat MX Center, aims to provide insurance access through Indosat’s digital platforms, targeting financial inclusion across Indonesia, the official release said.

Coverage Options and Future Plans
The partnership will leverage Indosat’s user base of over 100 million to offer insurance products via its apps. Zurich will provide coverage options, including postpaid bill reimbursement and travel insurance for flight cancellations, lost luggage, and emergency medical needs, with plans for additional products such as hospital cash plans and cracked screen insurance in the future.
