Airtel launches international roaming packs starting at Rs. 1199 with 10 days validity

Airtel has launched a new international roaming pack with a validity of 10 days. Designed for short international trips, the pack starts at Rs. 1199 and is available for all popular destinations, including Singapore, Thailand, US/Canada, UK, and UAE.

The 10-day international roaming pack of Rs. 1199 offers the subscribers unlimited free incoming calls, 2GB data, 250 minutes of free calling to India and 100 free text messages daily. Post the pack, the international roaming will be charged at Rs. 3 per MB. The outgoing calls to India and local calls to any network will be charged at Rs. 3 per minute.

Commenting on the launch of the new international roaming pack, Ajai Puri, Director – Market Operations (India & South Asia), Bharti Airtel said, “We are delighted to introduce the new 10-day validity pack for International Roaming and provide added flexibility to customers. These affordable packs will enable users to now stay connected 24x7 without having to worry about the high call and data charges while roaming on international networks.”

Besides this 10-day pack, there are also international roaming packs with validity for one day and 30 days. Interested subscribers can activate the new pack from Airtel website, My Airtel App, USSD and customer contact centers.
