The speed has been upgraded for customers from October 1, 2024, and will stay that way until October 31, 2024. Here are the details of the offer that you should know about.

Users on plans with less than 100 Mbps will be upgraded to 100 Mbps. Users who are on the 100-300 Mbps plans will get to upgrade to 300 Mbps speed. Lastly, users on the 300-500 Mbps speed plans will get to upgrade to 500 Mbps speed.

ACT said that customers who want to upgrade the speed can simply download the app – “ACT Fibernet app”. ACT Fibernet customers in all regions will be able to upgrade the speed of their plans.
