As per our sources, the Airtel 4G VoLTE smartphone will have a 4-inch display, but we don’t have info about the panel, it could be a FWVGA display. A quad-core processor will fuel the smartphone, which will be coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The device will run Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box and comes with dual camera support (front and back). Of course, it will be a dual-SIM supported smartphone, which also has 4G LTE and VoLTE calling support. This entire package will be backed by a 1400-1600mAh battery.
The device will come with some preloaded useful apps such as FM Radio. The price of this device is expected to be around Rs. 2,500 and Rs. 2,700, and Airtel is expected to announce this around this Diwali.
As said earlier, Airtel is in talks with various handset makers for an affordable 4G VoLTE handset, meaning the company will co-brand the smartphone. Along with the handset, Airtel will provide attractively priced voice and data tariff plans.
