The Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen) as well as the Motorola Moto G (1st Gen) were some of the best-selling smartphones in their price categories, but the revised Moto G didn't feature 4G LTE. Now, Motorola seems to be working on a new variant, the Moto G (3rd Gen). A video of the device was uploaded on Google Plus, showcasing the device for the first time on the Internet.
Apparently, it features the same display, but a newer Snapdragon 410 processor that has a quad-core 64-bit CPU, and a larger 2,300 mAh battery. The device retains some things from its predecessor though, such as 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. The primary camera resolution has been bumped up to 13 megapixels, while the front-facing camera can now click some high-resolution selfies, thanks to a 5-megapixel sensor.
The Motorola Moto G (3rd Gen) was leaked some weeks ago on Flipkart, and we reported about it. The device seems to be in private testing, and this means that it could be launched in the coming months.
