i had really disappointed with the videocon service the probability of outgoing call is 5 out of 10 some times it takes to 20 times to dial a call it is waste of announcing the tarriff offer till they continued the worst network and sevice if it continues i’ll through away the sim

Videcon GSm is the Worst connection i ever had,,, Customer service is worst than Govt call centers… I guess Videocon is least bothered about customer satisfaction..
I will not suggest anybody to buy Videcon conection.

Videocon Mobile services totally waste, i think i am the stuipid of the universe in choosing this mobile services. My mob. 90802 16250 even after so many hrs of getting confirmation of “services activated” the net work is not logging in at all. continuously getting “searching for mobile network” if by mistake if it works for some time. the next second it goes off. and msg is “SOS calls only” Even when calls are connected, we wont hear anything / nor the other person will hear our calls. Thank God i have not spent more than 100/- but the net work, the service, the customer care,, is a total waste..

Videocon service is really worst… Purchased it for free with RS.66 Talktime in Mumbai.. But not working properly outside Mumbai at all!!! Even we select Vodafone nw while roaming incoming calls are not coming engage tone appears if somebody calls… And sometimes nw goes off and even if try to select it Manually then also it gives No network access for selecting Vodafone network while in roaming.

As Videocon don’t have their own network so Many network issues are going on here in Mumbai.. So now not to use Videocon services until they launch their own network….

DOCOMO, UNINOR, VIDEOCON do have licences for delhi circle & they would launch services @ delhi soon. STEL has licences for north east, bihar, assam, orissa, jk, HP etc only & hence cannot launch at delhi. Virgin GSM is riding on TATA docomo network & virgin CDMA is riding on TATA indicom network. Virgin in INdia is neither a CDMA or GSM based UASL direct operator. Needless to say as soon as TATA dcomo launches at delhi virgin gsm would “launch their service” too…

Morever the prime concern in delhi launch for any operator is Spectrum clearnaces, POI from other operators.

Why they couldn’t get license for Delhi.?
No DOCOMO, NO Uninor, No Vediocon, No S-tel, No Virgin GSM ..

STel does not have a license for Delhi. It has licenses for J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar-Jharkhand, Orissa, Assam & North East only

Yawn…Late to the party and their initial offers are stone age. At least DoCoMo shook things up when they arrived are still uber agressive. How about some aggressive data packages or better yet free incoming across all your circles to take pole position in roaming.

Seriously though…your initial offer is 50rs for 5Rs talktime??? Do some market research next time.

WELCOME VIDEOCON!!! WE EXPECT YOU TO OFFER 2 SECONDS/1 PAISE TARIFF WITHOUT ANY RENTAL OR SPECIAL TARIFF VOUCHER COSTING SOME MONEY.I.E., IF YOU OFFER THE ABOVE NETT TARIFF, YOU ARE BOUND TO REACH YOUR GOAL PROVIDED YOUR NETWORK IS ALSO STRONG. ( AS OF NOW YOUR TEST NETWORK APPEARS EVERYWHERE, BUT CONNECTIVITY MATTERS, LIKE CDMA NETWORK, AS GSM NETWORK WILL APPEAR BUT NO CONNECTIVITY WOULD BE AVAILABLE.)
