Idea cellular today announced the launch of a new ‘My Gang’ pack in Orissa circle the new My Gang pack comes with Tariff & VAS benefits, designed keeping in view the communication needs of the large student community in the region.
The new pack offers Local Idea to Idea calling, at just 1 paisa per 4 seconds the new pack also allows the user to send free 100 SMS nationally or locally everyday, for a period of two months.
Only the first 3 SMS of the day will be charged at 60p each per day. The pack also offers attractive calling rates for other Local calls which will be charged at just 1 paisa per 2 seconds.
IDEA Cellular has also introduced a unique feature in the new My Gang pack which will offer 104 MB of Internet usage absolutely free, everyday. The new Idea Pack can be availed by new prepaid subscribers by simply doing a recharge of Rs. 42. The new ‘My Gang’ pack is available at My Idea Showrooms and Idea Points in Orissa circle.

BUT COMPARING TO AIRTEL, DOCOMO ADDED HIGHEST SUBSCRIBERS WITHIN A YEAR. THEN, I’D LIKE TO SHARE MY NETWORK EXPERIENCE WITH AIRTEL, DOCOMO AND AIRCEL AT ART OF LIVING ASHRAM, AIRCEL AND DOCOMO IS HAVING A VERY GOOD NETWORK BUT AIRTEL IS VERY BAD. IF DOCOMO INCREASED IT’S COVERAGE IN KARNATAKA UPTO 87% AIRTEL WILL LOSE IT’S MARKET AND IF AIRCEL INCREASED IT’S COVERAGE UPTO 75% IDEA CELLULAR WILL LOSE IT MARKET IN KARNATAKA SOON.

CHECK THE SUBSCRIBERS BASE OF JULY 2010 IN COAI SITE IN MOST OF THE CIRCLES AIRTEL, IDEA CELLULAR AND VODAFONE ESSAR HAD A DISASTEROUS ENDING. ESPECIALLY KARNATAKA, KERALA, HARYANA, MUMBAI, M.P. J AND K, H.P. ETC ARE HAVING LEAST SUBSCRIBERS OF AIRTEL, IDEA AND VODAFONE

Idea ka plans bhedbhaw wala hota hai. Different circles mein different plans. Kisi circle mein manhaga hai to kisi mein sasta hai.

Etisalat is the best provider in india. there is no network problem no customer care problem etc. then loop is the next best provider on all india basis as they have licence for all india. i am going to have my own company VELtel this will be the super and excellent provider.

I agree but compared to Docomo they are very slow in coverage process. Docomo though is just 14months old has covered very much infact more than Aircel which launched quite early than Docomo. Uninor is now almost 9months old so we cant give a second chance if tey wont improve withn 3 months

Better only in tariffs. Coverage wise Idea still wins hands down. Also in-building coverage of Docomo is also poor. Docomo is of course very new and Idea is one of the oldest here. So one has to give them time.

yest i came from bangalore to Hubli, but coverage of Aircel & uninor is not tat impressive. Aircel coverage is good in south karnataka but in north part still ter are many uncovered places. Uninor’s coverage is less than Aircel & even its wrong to compare Bcos Aircel is 2 year old & uninor is 9 months old

Lots of offers for other circles but none for Maharashtra! Just same old high tariffs. Either the competition isn’t affecting them or they want to loose customers. Its good I ditched them for Docomo.

This is not economical one, Idea’s call rates in karnataka are quite cheap( I-I 20p/min I-o 40p/min Daily 150 local+STD sms free for 1 year& Daily 30MB data free for 90days, all this @ 40rs with 40TT only), Aircel & Docomo also give best offers. UNINOR rocks with its 198/197 & 37/38 plans.
