In a bid to to celebrate Raksha Bandhan Janmashtami, Onam festivals and commemorate the 65th Independence Day, Pan India 3G mobile service operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) comes up has introduced a new ‘Full Talk Time’ offer for its 2G and 3G GSM prepaid mobile and GSM Fixed Wireless subscribers in all telecom circles across India.
BSNL offering Full TALK TIME on all Top-up vouchers/C-top-up/Flexi top-up of MRP of Rs.110, Rs.220, Rs.440 & Rs.550. The offer is also applicable to all new C-TOP-UP recharges system valid up to 30 August 2012.

Only BSNL is having true & faithful network, faithful charging ( teriff ) and faithful service to the customer. Such plans time to time keeps the customers in touch with REAL INDIAN network. Use BSNL and keep your money in INDIA only.

I from Chirala, AP. I faced the issue with poor landline services. Kept request to chnage tje land phone set. They changed with the worst set. Couldnt even get the dialtone for 48hrs continuously. Kept request for 2 to 3 times and gets disconnect almost everyday. I have prepaid sim card which was given for each landline. I quit from landline because of poor services and using the SIM card (as dont have any problem with prepaid SIM). Thanks

i agree with you. Private operators are very prompt in sending the person but BSNL do not know when the people will come to our place to solve the problem. Still so many people in BSNL talk rough to the customers which should change. When we call BSNL and ask for any plan change they say please come to CSC and then we have to complain to the higher ups then only they will activate the change of plan. i have experienced so many times. whereas in the case of Private Operators they do it instantly as per customers requirement.BSNL have got lots to learn to how to speak with customers and retain the customers and get new customers too and keep giving good customer service. i am hoping that with BSNL one day. i do not know when that will happen.

I don’t discourage Mr.Srikanth’s hopes of the BSNL bouncing back against all odds, but at the same time, I may not be inclined to agree that there is REQUIRED COURTESY TO THE SUBSCRIBERS “BIG AND SMALL”.There will be courtesy to BIG always, but it should also be extended to the SMALL subs. You can verify how the private operators send their personal for installation/marketing/fault epair very promptly , but the call centre or even the JTO incharge of Zonal office can not say when the fault will be rectified and when the LM/TM will visit the sub.In the Customer service centres the staff should attract the NEW customers and retain the existing customers , if any one comes for closure of their landlines.Let it be tried and there will be GOOD RESULTS.

BSNL still is the best…
They might have lost the ground to private operators, but they still stick to their motto of providing affordable telecom services.
I use BSNL EVDO, BSNL mobile with 3G. My mom, dad and me all have BSNL mobile and we can talk at 30p/min anytime without any rental…
BSNL Staff in Pune – Model Colony (CDMA) are also very good, and very prompt in resolving complaints.
If BSNL provide good network and customer service, they can be the Number 1 in the Industry…

VERY GOOD Mr.SRIKANTH.Let every employee of the BSNL who are about 2.6 lakhs now should rededicate themselves and do GOOD SERVICE to the customers forgetting the old habits that this is a monapalistic govt. dept. and doing marketing by themselves, prompt rectification of faults within the available resources and talk POLITELY AND WITH COURTESY WITH THE SUBSCRIBERS BIG AND SMALL, then the company will have to come back to number one, its OLD POSITION.

To sustain the stiff competition from the private operators who are safeguarded by the government through the politicians , the BSNL which does not have the backing of any body including DOT, have to introduce more such plans to stabilize its customer base. Go ahead and you will succeed.

Good Move by BSNL!
Till now, Non of the mobile operator in India won’t provided like BSNL’s Pan-India FTT offers on festival seasons and special days.
Here there is no any partiality.
Hats off to India’s true telecom operator.

In Tamil Nadu,
Airtel and Vodafone is very costliest operator in terms of FTT offer and Tariff concern.
In TN’s most congested operator is one and only British Vodafone.
Vodafone is most irritate while you making calls because of beeps sound while calls getting connected.
I have never seen such kind of beeps in Airtel and BSNL Mobile.
BSNL have 1904 2G BTS(900 Mhz) available in Chennai City Only without any sharing, instant connection without congestion.
