ZTE ZMax Pro goes official with 6-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 617 and USB Type-C

ZTE has come up with yet another mid-range smartphone, dubbed as the ZMax Pro. For now, the device will be releasing in the US in August. ZTE has not yet revealed its release timeline for other regions outside the US. It will retail at $99 after in-store rebate from MetroPCS stores.

The smartphone comes with a 6-inch Full HD 1080p display. It is powered by a Snapdragon 617 octa-core chipset and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. There is a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash on board, clubbed with a 5-megapixel front snapper. The device also sports a fingerprint sensor on the rear.
