Ziox Duopix R1 is an Affordable Dual-Camera Smartphone With 4G VoLTE and 2600mAh Battery; Priced at Just Rs 6,249

Ziox Mobiles, an Indian mobile company today announced a new smartphone, dubbed as the Ziox Duopix R1. Priced at Rs 6,249, the Duopix R1 is the affordable smartphone to offer dual cameras. The smartphone will be sold in the offline market, and a customer can head over to any retail store to pick up the smartphone. The Ziox Duopix R1 comes in three colour options: White and Gold, Black and Gold, and Black and Blue.


Late last month, Ziox Mobiles announced the Ziox Duopix F1 smartphone with dual cameras at Rs 7,499. Back then, it was the cheapest dual camera smartphone in the country. But today, the brand launched the Duopix R1, which is the new cheapest dual camera smartphone in India.

Ziox Duopix R1 Specifications and Features
The Duopix R1 boasts entry-level specifications, which is an expected thing at this price point. Ziox has added a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The device is powered by an unspecified 1.25GHz quad-core chipset, which is paired with just 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone comes with 8GB of internal storage and also has an external microSD card slot for storage expansion. The highlight feature and USP of the Ziox Duopix R1 is the dual camera setup at the back. The R1 houses an 8MP primary sensor along with a 0.3MP secondary sensor which captures depth information. The camera app also offers a Portrait mode which captures images with bokeh effect. Up front, the Duopix R1 houses a 5MP front-facing camera.

The device boots Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and offers connectivity options such as 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a micro USB port. The device is backed by a 2600mAh battery.
