Xiaomi Mi Max 3 With 5400mAh Battery is Launching on July 19

Xiaomi has started sending media invites for yet another launch event in China, scheduled for July 19. As the invite clearly shows, Xiaomi will be launching a smartphone with a big display and Donovan Sung, the Global Spokesperson of Xiaomi confirmed the device is indeed the much-awaited Xiaomi Mi Max 3. The device will be unveiled on July 19 in China and could go on sale in the country at a later date. As of now, there’s no info on when Xiaomi is bringing the Mi Max 3 to the Indian market, but it could launch during the first half of August. To recall, the Mi Max 2 was launched in India on July 18, so we’re expecting that Xiaomi will not delay the launch of the Mi Max 3 in India.

Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Specifications and Features
The Mi Max 3 already made an appearance at Chinese certification website TENAA. The handset is confirmed to sport a 6.99-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio on the front. The phone is said to come in two variants- the standard Mi Max 3 and a much powerful Mi Max 3 Pro variant. The Mi Max 3 is confirmed to have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, while the Mi Max 3 Pro is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 710 SoC. The Mi Max 3 Pro might come in a single 6GB RAM and 128GB storage option, whereas the Mi Max 3 will come in 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM variants with the internal storage ranging up to 128GB.

To the back of the phone, there are dual rear cameras of a primary 12MP shooter, which works in tandem with a 5MP secondary shooter. Up front, there will be an 8MP snapper. Same as the Mi Max 2, the Max 3 will arrive in gold and matte black colour options.

Another USP of the Mi Max 3 is the 5400mAh battery inside, and the device will also have support for fast charging. The handset is expected to boot MIUI 10 based on Android Oreo out of the box. Both the Mi Max 3 and Max 3 Pro variants existence is confirmed by the NCC certification website.

Lastly, the pricing of the Mi Max 3 Pro with 6GB of RAM is said to be 1699 Yuan (approx. Rs 17,400), meaning the base variant will be priced even lower. All the details will be unveiled at the launch event on July 19.

Have been using the Mi Max 2 and pretty happy with the same. Have to see if there is any major change in Max3 . Otherwise there is no need to upgrade the same. Mi Max 2 comes with fast charging and 5300mAh battery, so it’s not a massive increase in battery or features. Only the screen size would increase and overall phone size would decrease a bit.

if mi max3 come in india then forget mipad4 which must launch in india
