Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, Mi A2 and Mi LED TV 4C Pro 32-inch Receive Price Cut of Up to Rs 2,000

For yet another time, Xiaomi has slashed the prices of two of its phones along with a model of its TV which was launched last year

Highlights
  • The Mi A2 and the Redmi Note 6 Pro starting variants have received a price cut
  • This is the second price cut for the Xiaomi Mi A2 since the start of this year

The phone from the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi which is making rounds of the internet and is being talked about, is the latest launch from Redmi, the Redmi Note 7 and the Note 7 Pro. It is well known that Xiaomi slashes the prices of its previous devices as it keeps on launching new models. That is exactly what Xiaomi has done with its previously launched phone models as the Redmi Note 7 series starts hitting the shelves. As a result of this new launch, Xiaomi has slashed the prices of the Redmi Note 6 Pro 4GB RAM variant, Mi A2, and Mi 4C Pro Smart TV.

Redmi Note 6 Pro and Xiaomi Mi A2 Price Cut

As per the latest price cut, the Redmi Note 6 Pro 4GB variant which was previously retailing with a price tag of Rs 13,999 will now be available for Rs 11,999 meaning that the price of the device has come down by Rs 2,000. Meanwhile, there has been no change in the pricing of the higher variant of the Redmi Note 6 Pro which continues to sell for Rs 15,999.

Similar is the case with Xiaomi’s stock Android phone, the Xiaomi Mi A2 which has received a price cut of Rs 2,000 for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB RAM. This device will now be available for Rs 11,999 instead of Rs 13,999. It is worth noting that this is the second time this year that Xiaomi is cutting the price of the Mi A2. The higher variant of the device with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will retail for Rs 15,999.

Mi LED TV 4C Pro 32-inch Price Cut

Lastly, Xiaomi’s entry-level Mi LED TV 4C Pro 32-inch smart TV, has received a price cut of Rs 1,000. Instead of its previous price of Rs 13,999, the phone will now retail for a measly Rs 12,999. To recall, the TV by Xiaomi was launched last year, and it comes with an HD-ready LED display with a 60Hz refresh rate and a 178-degree viewing angle. Some other features of the Mi LED TV 4C Pro include 2x 10W speakers, quad-core processor, and connectivity options such as WiFi, Bluetooth, 2x USB ports, 3x HDMI ports, Display Mirroring, Screen Casting, WiFi Direct, and Android.

With the price cut of Rs 2,000 for some of the best-selling phones of Xiaomi – the Redmi Note 6 Pro and the Xiaomi Mi A2, these phones have become even more attractive offerings for some of the buyers out there. In the lower mid-range price tag, these two phones offer some impressive specifications when it comes to performance and camera both. While the Redmi Note 6 Pro is an excellent offering with MIUI, the Mi A2 will be a good option for someone looking to use stock Android with the latest features.
