OnePlus Watch 3 will launch alongside the OnePlus 13 series in the global market. OnePlus hasn’t been known typically for making smarwatches, but this time, it is bringing a quick refresh to the older generation watch. Between the OnePlus Watch and OnePlus Watch 2, there was a time gap of several years. However, OnePlus Watch 2, which launched in 2024, is getting a refresh in 2025. The OnePlus Watch 3 renders are already out online and a few details are now also circulating.

OnePlus Watch 3: New Rotary Dial, and More

OnePlus Watch 3 will feature a rotary dial, said a SmartPrix report citing Yogesh Brar. The rotary dial will help users in navigating through the UI. This was one of the major complaints with the Watch 2, that the crown or the dial didn’t effectively help in doing anything. That’s changing with the Watch 3, so big up to OnePlus for doing that.

Then, if you remember, the Watch 2 was heavily marketed by its excellent battery life. OnePlus claimed up to 100 hours of battery life with the Watch 2. We expect the Watch 3 to continue emphasising on the long battery life. The Snapdragon W5 chip we saw on the Watch 2 is expected to come on Watch 3 as well. Along with it, OnePlus is also expected to continue pairing the watch with BES chips to effectively make its performance stronger.
