Last month, we published the official list of VoLTE-enabled smartphones that will be supported on Reliance Jio’s 4G network. Now, Jio is planning to add support for more VoLTE 4G devices before the launch of its service on January 14 in 500 cities.
Voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) will be the primary mode of voice communication on Reliance Jio’s 4G network, and the company is expanding its support for VoLTE to more open market 4G devices from all the manufactures. Jio-branded ‘Lyf' 4G smartphones already comes with both VoLTE and VoWiFi (Voice over Wi-Fi) support.
As per the sources the below mentioned handsets are also planned for VoLTE support for Reliance Jio by the manufacturer .
