Vodafone India Now Facilitates Online Tracking of Voice and 4G Network Status

Following the likes of Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular, Vodafone has finally launched the Network Coverage Status feature on their website. Now users of Vodafone can check the availability of 2G, 3G and 4G network across India by just opening Vodafone website and typing in the pincode of the area or by typing in the name. Although Vodafone is pretty late in rolling out this feature, users will still be satisfied because of the utility of this new functionality.


If you want to check the Vodafone Network coverage, you can head over to Vodafone.in and browse to the About us section. Not only you can check Vodafone’s network coverage, but you can also get network information, a nearby Vodafone Store information, Wi-Fi Hotspot location, etc.

Here’s what you can check with the newly introduced ‘Your Vodafone Network Coverage Feature.’

Check the network in any area
As stated, the primary aim of this service is to allow customer check the network area. “No matter where you are, you can check the network for both Voice & Data of any area in India,” stated Vodafone on its website. So a customer can directly input the pin code of a location to check the network coverage. A handy to have around.

Network Information
Vodafone India is also allowing customers to check the network information such as the Tower Type whether it’s a 2G or 3G or 4G tower. If the network coverage is excellent, then that particular area will be visible in yellow colour. Likewise, if the coverage is ‘Good,’ it will be displayed in Blue colour. Users can clock on the network work to check the exact location of the tower along with the Tower Type. Furthermore, Vodafone is displaying its Vodafone Stores and Vodafone Mini Stores location as well. The entire address of any Vodafone Store can be found on the website, removing the hassle for customers to search on roads manually.


And lastly, customers can also check for Vodafone Wi-Fi hotspot location through this portal. Vodafone has set up free Wi-Fi hotspots in some parts of the country. So, if you’re from that city, you can always check for the Vodafone Hotspot location.

Im sure the data will be fake. Fraud is in their dna. Airtel open network info is also fake. It shows network in places where there was no network. Neither 2g 3g 4g. Fraud bobdo

Airtel is choked up due to Tata-Airtel merger….. Everyone is grabbing Tata Docomo Sim from outside station to use Airtel 3G!!!!!Whole Tata Docomo is using Airtel 3G in Mumbai!!!!! Airtel 4G coverage is pathetic at best!!!!! Only in my testing Google Pixel XL 2 latches on to Airtel 4G for most of the time!!!!!

In Mumbai Jio and Vodafone has excellent coverage all over the city!!!!! But both the networks has choked as people have started using higher amount of daily data!!!!! Vodafone on band 41 is excellent but nobody is really using it, so whole load is on the band 3!!!!! I personally tested on Honor View 10/Honor 7X/Redmi Note 5 Pro!!!!!

When will Jio launch it’s coverage map?
It was there earlier in the app.

With JIO Coverage is not a problem. Excellent Coverage specially on the Rail Routes. Its always about the Speed that the People (JIO Users) are Concerned about. At most places Pathetic. If the Sites are Congested or excess loads on them, this isn’t Consumers Fault. I don’t know what their Network Teams philosophy is.
