Vodafone invests more on customer care enhancement, new retail outlets in Rajasthan

Vodafone, in its effort to enhance customer care services in Rajasthan, has expanded their retail footprints across the state. The service provider also launched a responsive website, where the subscribers can avail services in the shortest possible time.

With a massive investment of Rs. 200 crores, Vodafone launched nine retail stores and 50 mini-stores within a span of 12 months. Now, the operator has around 670 stores overall in Rajasthan circle, which has made its position as ‘the largest exclusive retail footprint in Rajasthan’.

Eight of its global design retail stores were opened in the previous month, spreading across Kishangarh, Kota, Jaipur, Hanumangarh, Ganganagar, Chittorgarh and Baswara. The provider claims its network reach in Rajasthan circle as 90 percent of the population, which reaches up to a total of 11.1 million customers.

Its new website will enable the customer to do most of their services, including accessing their accounts, managing mobile usage, paying bills, adding or removing packs / services and recharging in 30 seconds.

During the financial year 2014-2015, Vodafone has opened 160 Vodafone stores and 1000 mini stores across India. With more than 9,800 stores, Vodafone claims to have the largest retail chains in Indian telecom sector.

Being sensitive to the evolving customer needs, Vodafone has also taken the lead to develop user-friendly digital interface opportunities that allow customers to access our wide spectrum of services ‘on-the-go’ and ‘hassle-free’.”

Besides its online store, customers can reach its customer service through ‘My Vodafone’ Mobile app and ‘Vodafone Live Chat’.
