Vivo X300 FE and Vivo X200T have been spotted on the Bureau of India Standards (BIS), signalling an imminent launch in India. These devices were spotted on the platform in December 2025. Along with that, the company also has a V70 series phone, a T-series phone and a Y series phone. The major devices are the Vivo X300 FE and Vivo X200T. The Vivo X300 series was recently launched in India, and it has two phones - Vivo X300 5G and Vivo X300 Pro 5G.

Vivo X300 FE is expected to be the rebranded Vivo S50 Pro Mini. This phone debuted in December 2025, in China. Based off that, the Vivo X300 FE could feature a 6.31-inch OLED LTPO 1.5K 120Hz refresh rate screen. There's a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC on the device, and it packs a 6500mAh battery with 90W wired fast-charging. Vivo X200T feels like it is going to be the rebranded Vivo X200s, which has already launched in China.

Vivo X300 FE is likely going to launch in India later this year. It is likely going to be priced around Rs 50,000-60,000 at the time of launch. The Vivo X300 FE will likely feature ZEISS backed camera system as well.
