Vivo V17 Pro will be the successor to the Vivo V15 Pro that was launched earlier this year in India. A render of the Vivo V17 Pro has now surfaced online and it suggests the phone will have dual cameras on the front. And yes, similar to the Vivo V15 Pro, the V17 Pro will also have a pop-up camera mechanism on the front, but this around, it will house two cameras instead of one. On the rear side, the phone is said to have quad-camera setup, so in total, the Vivo V17 Pro will offer six cameras. The quad cameras on the back will be stacked vertically and the LED flashlight sits between them. Earlier, a live image of the Vivo V17 Pro was leaked online which suggested the phone will arrive in two colours- Black and White. Right now, Vivo did not reveal the exact launch date of the smartphone, but we could see the company launching it before the festive season.

Vivo V17 Pro: What We So Far

Right now, Vivo is busy with the launch of Vivo Z1x that will come as a beefed-up version of the Vivo Z1 Pro. After the Vivo Z1x, the company will be launching the Vivo V17 phones, which will be an offline-focused series. The Vivo V17 series will have two phones- the standard Vivo V17 and the premium Vivo V17 Pro. While we don't know anything about the Vivo V17, the Pro version of the Vivo V17 has been making rounds on the web for a while now.

Going by the recently leaked render of the Vivo V17 Pro, the pop-up camera module on the front will house two cameras and it's the first time we're getting to see something like this on any smartphone. The render was first leaked by 91mobiles.

Earlier, a live photo the Vivo V17 Pro was leaked online which revealed the phone will have quad-camera setup on the back, similar to the recently launched phones like Realme 5, Realme 5 Pro, Redmi Note 8 Pro and the Realme XT. Right now, we don't have any information regarding the camera sensors, but we're expecting the primary shooter to be a 48MP one. To recall, the Vivo V15 Pro arrived with triple rear cameras with the primary sensor being a 48MP Samsung GM1.

Also, we don't have any hardware specifications of the Vivo V17 Pro, but the phone might ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset since the V15 Pro arrived with Snapdragon 675 SoC.

Vivo Z1x Launching Tomorrow: What We Know So Far?

On September 6, Vivo will be launching the Vivo Z1x online-only smartphone in India. The Vivo Z1x will be a beefed-up version of the Vivo Z1 Pro that was launched in India just a few weeks ago. The Vivo Z1x will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 chipset and it will offer 22.5W fast charging. Also, Vivo is adding a 48MP camera sensor on the rear side, ditching the 16MP one we saw on the Vivo Z1 Pro. The launch of the smartphone is set for tomorrow where the company will reveal official pricing of the handset.
