Why don’t you try to arrange for the mumbai customer base to refund or shift to other operator. rather then new scheme, retain the old one. with the optimistic you have to enter the mumbai circle again only 10 refund centers are not enough. why dont u courier the refund amount to the customer address as you seems to have verified it personally. this shows the intent to skip in the name of supreme court order. its more then 20 days and i have not been port out from uninor. the worst thing.
