Here is Titan JUXT, a smartwatch that is not smart enough

Well, it is not always the case that a non-tech brand comes up with something that is precisely tech. In one of its own events, Titan, an already famous watch brand, has launched a ’smartwatch’, named as JUXT. The company partnered with HP Inc. to develop the smartwatch.Titan smartwatch

This smartwatch by Titan has been priced at Rs. 15,995 for the Stainless Steel case with Brown leather strap variant. On the other hand, the Rose Gold Stainless Steel case with Black leather strap variant has been priced at Rs. 17,995, while the Titanium case with Black leather strap will retail at Rs. 19,995. The Titan JUXT is up for purchase through Titan’s official website.




The Titan JUXT comes in a stainless steel case, which is adorned by the genuine leather strap. The smartwatch features an OLED display with toughened glass crystal and a Black dial clubbed with honeycomb design at the centre that have 3D indices. It has a notification for messages and apps, alerts user whenever there is an incoming call, tracks footsteps taken by the user, allows a user to set daily to-do list, and also check the time of the cities around the world. The device is resistant to water up to 5 ATM, and can be paired with both Android (KitKat 4.4 and above), and iOS (8 and above). It offers battery life of up to 5 days on a single charge.

Talking about the Titan JUXT, the company said in a statement,“The skeletal lume filled hands not only add to the overall sharp look of the watch but also enable an unobstructed view of the notifications and the stainless steel back cover is corrosion-resistant and hypoallergenic.” Explaining the product further, Bhaskar Bhat, managing director, Titan India said,”Today, there is a growing segment of consumers with an entrepreneurial mindset. These individuals convert their passion into work and feel the need to be constantly connected as they collaborate and turn their ideas into reality. Titan JUXT has the right amount of features for this consumer who wants to stay connected, yet express his personal style,”
