Telenor launches self care app for its users in India

Telenor India has now launched a self-care app to cater their valued users across the nation. This app lets users recharge prepaid accounts, track service requests, subscribe to the best offers, and do more things. For now, they have launched the app for Android platform only, especially considering that most of their users use Android devices.

The app allows real-time integration with Telenor systems to access several information such as last call charges, recharge, and data consumption. Operators are following the suite to offer self-care services through smartphone apps across the globe, which helps users & telcos as it requires minimal infrastructure to provide real-time information.
