As far as voice offers and call quality is concerned nothing can beat Telenor in UP West.
It is 3rd largest operator here after Idea and Vodafone. Airtel is fourth.

I hope that they soon buy spectrum and launch 4G or better acquire Tata Docomo and provide 3G atleast.

Ha ha! So finally telenor has kicked airtel to 4th largest operator of up west, very soon this will happen in both rest of Maharashtra and Gujarat. Best of luck telenor and may god bless you

Yes Telenor is 3rd largest Operator in UP west and UP East and Gujarat, It is 4th Largest Operator after AVOID in Maharashtra& Goa and Bihar Circle , TATA/Rcom/Aircel/BSNL of these circle have half Subscriber Base than Telenor. So Telenor is directly Competing AVOID group in these circles. i.e 2G vs 3G/4G

Please concentrate initially on the 5-6 circles you have, and provide excellent VFM. Then take over videocon and tata docomo and expand your presence. I am sure, Telenor can provide good QoS with VFM.
