In its status report to the JPC looking into 2G and other telecom issues the CBI has found no evidence of wrong doing by Tata Teleservices and has noted that the company unfairly lost out to Swan Telecom in the lucrative Delhi circle. On its investigations into the Essar group’s likely involvement with Loop Telecom, the CBI referred to an opinion of the corporate affairs ministry that found funds from Essar have been routed through STPL and BPL back to Essar, providing Rs80 million dues to STPL with significant links and benefits arising to STPL from the transactions. 1.docomo, you only gave “1 sec=1 paisa” formula and changed Indian tele scene, even
compelling the ‘top tele giants ‘ to follow suit to simplify things.

2.probably you only introduced the same on roaming also.

3.there is a South proverb that ONLY THE FRUIT-BEARING TREES WILL FACE STONES.
That is , because of your many ‘new-attractions’ your customers’ expectations
are high.Remember all these ‘stones’at you in these blogs etc are good for you
provided you consider them and act accordingly.

4.Hope the concerned people heed these.
