Though Tata Docomo is offering some of the industry's cheapest 3G data plans with their voice-data combo vouchers, it seems they could not ignore the new trend of 3G data offering - 1GB 3G data at Rs 125 around.
First introduced by Reliance, as 3G at 2G price and then by BSNL as unified 3G/2G vouchers the new 3G data plans starting at Rs 125 (+/- Rs 15) for 1GB data.
Other 3G providers like Airtel, Vodafone and Idea has responded to the data tariff war in a different manners - they make it one time offer, or for selected customers, or for new customers only.
Tata Docomo, who recently launched 2GB 3G data & Rs 500 talktime for Rs 499 has started offering 1GB 3G data for Rs 128 for selected customers for 30 days.
