Spice Digital, one of India's leading Value Added Service players, announced the launch of “Spice Guide to Himachal” a multiple initiatives to leverage Mobile Technology for the benefit of its Citizens and Tourists in association with Himachal Pradesh Government.

The services which were launched by our Chief Minister, Mr. Prem Kumar Dhumal last month in the stage legislature, have received very positive feedback from our citizens."
