Following the backlash from consumers for not launching 4G LTE equipped Galaxy S5 in India, Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy S5 4G in India with a price tag of Rs 53,500. The Galaxy S5 4G is powered by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974 Pro) processor which has inbuilt LTE radio supporting up to eight LTE bands around the world. Other things include features like Download Booster which combines both MIMO Wi-Fi ac and 4G LTE, resulting in faster download speeds.

Other features including a 5.1 inch full HD Super AMOLED screen, 16MP ISOCELL camera, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, IP67 certification, IR blaster, heart rate monitor and fingerprint sensor are present, similar to the original Galaxy S5. Samsung should've launched this device instead of launching the Exynos powered Galaxy S5 in India. Slowly but surely, smartphone manufacturers are releasing 4G LTE equipped smartphones in India. We have already listed all the smartphones which support 4G LTE in India.
