Rogers Stores Now Offer Customer Support in Over 100 Languages

Canadian telecommunications provider Rogers to better serve their diverse customer base, has introduced the We Speak Your Language program in their Branded Retail stores. With this program, Retail employees are able to assist customers in over 100 languages, including French, Hindi, Tamil, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Mandarin, Punjabi, Tagalog, Arabic, and Azerbaijani, according to the official statement.

Multilingual Support for Enhanced Customer Experience

In a video released by the telco, Rogers store personnel are seen talking about the new initiative. "For us to be able to welcome them into the country and be ambassadors for them perfectly aligns with our new theme, 'With you all the way'."

According to them, this initiative aims to break down communication barriers, foster deeper connections with customers, and help customers make informed decisions about their mobile services. Rogers said it is committed to embracing diversity and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Rogers acknowledges the importance of establishing a deeper connection with their customers through the We Speak Your Language Program. By offering support in various languages, Rogers aims to create a more personalized and meaningful customer experience.

According to Rogers, this initiative aligns perfectly with their theme of "With you all the way," emphasizing their commitment to being there for their customers throughout their journeys.

Expanded Travel Solutions

In another development, Rogers has made additional improvements to its services for customers who travel in order to better meet their travel needs.

Rogers has added Mexico to its 5G Infinite Premium plan, allowing customers to enjoy the same talk, text, and data benefits across Canada, the US, and Mexico at no additional cost.

Additionally, Rogers said it continues to provide the lowest daily roaming rates among national carriers with its Roam Like Home feature. This enables customers to stay connected worry-free in over 185 destinations worldwide for as low as CAD 12/day.
