The same trend was there in the other three cities in different LSAs. Just in Hyderabad, Airtel was leading in the upload speeds while Jio was second. In the call settup success rate (CSSR), Jio performed well in three of the tested LSAs, but not in Delhi. For Delhi, Jio ranked the lowest amongst the private telecom operators.
Note that since this data is from three to four months back, the actual performance today could be very different. Reliance Jio has covered all of these LSAs with its 5G and so has Bharti Airtel. Vodafone Idea is working to launch 5G in the near future and is currently expanding 4G capacity and coveraege for users.
