Redmi Pad 2 Pro will come to India soon, and now it has been confirmed that it will feature a 12,000mAh battery. The launch will take place on January 6, 2026. This will launch alongside the Redmi Note 15 5G in the country. The landing page for Redmi Pad 2 has gone live on Amazon India, and it confirms the battery size officially.

Redmi Pad 2 Pro Expected Specifications

Redmi Pad 2 Pro is likely to feature a 12.1-inch LCD display with support for 2.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The touch sampling rate of the phone goes up to 360Hz and the device can achieve a max brightness of up to 600nits. There’s a Matte Glass variant in the international markets, and thus, it will be interesting to see if the company brings it in India.

The tablet in the international market is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 which features Cortex-A720 and Cortex-A520 CPU cores, paired with an Adreno 810 GPU. The memory on the tablet is LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2. There’s also microSD card expansion available in the international units, up to 2TB. If this will be offered in India is something we don’t know or not.
