This year, Xiaomi’s major release until now has been of the Redmi Note 7 series. We already know that the brand has managed to sell an impressive number of units in India alone and there have been no doubts about the success of the Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Redmi Note 7. Both of these phones come with impressive camera specifications with the 48MP sensor and other quirks. However, like it is the case with every device out there, there is always room for improvement and to drill on that, Xiaomi is rolling out a new update for the Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone. This new MIUI Global Stable ROM V10.3.5.0.PFHINXM is being seeded to the users through OTA method, and it brings on-board new AI camera modes, April Android Security Patch, and many bug fixes.

MIUI 10 V10.3.5.0 Stable Update Features and Other Details

The new MIUI Global Stable ROM V10.3.5.0.PFHINXM is now being rolled out to the Indian users of the Redmi Note 7 Pro. Following the usual convention of a phased rollout, this update will be pushed gradually to the users. However, in case you don’t want to wait in line to receive this update and want to jump on the bandwagon quickly then you could also download the latest stable build for your phone and install it using the fastboot or Recovery methods. But, if you are a novice user and you haven’t flashed a ROM manually before, then you should refrain from following this method. Even then, if you decide to go ahead with the download of this ROM, then make sure you have your data backed up safely.

Talking about the features and add-ons which the new MIUI Global Stable ROM V10.3.5.0.PFHINXM brings on-board, we know that we will get to see new AI camera modes. In addition to that, we will also see the April Android Security patch accompanying this update. Another little change introduced in this update is the ability to directly open the home screen from your fingerprint after your face data has been verified. You can also bar the notification shade from opening in the lock screen thanks to the new toggle which comes with the update.

New MIUI Stable Update for Redmi Note 7 Pro to Patch Many Bugs

Not only this, but some of the bugs like the force closing of the camera app when exiting the app in video mode, call-time bubble overlapping with notification icons, no low battery warning in landscape mode and a delay in ending calls have been patched up in this new stable update for Redmi Note 7 Pro users. In case you would like to check for updates manually, you can go to the Settings in your Redmi Note 7 Pro, navigate to System Updates and then tap on “Check for Updates”.
