The Redmi Note 7 Series has probably been Xiaomi’s biggest release in India this year. With the launch of the Redmi Note 7 Pro Xiaomi was able to amass massive sales, and it was because the device brought something to the users that was only available in premium segment phones – the Sony IMX586 48MP camera. This feature became the highlight of the Note 7 Pro, and it went to see success in the market. Not only this, but the Redmi Note 7 Pro also boasts of other features like the 4,000mAh battery, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC and more. Now this device has received its first price cut in India almost after five months of its release. Read more about the latest price cut of the Redmi Note 7 Pro ahead.

Now before you form any judgements and think that this is just one of those temporary sale based discounts on the phone, then think again because it is not. The Redmi Note 7 Pro has received a permanent price cut of Rs 1,000. However, this price cut has been introduced around the same time as the Independence Day Sale, which is set to go live on Flipkart. It is also worth noting that as part of this sale, the buyers will be able to get a proper Rs 1,000 price cut on all the variants of the Redmi Note 7 Pro.

Xiaomi Also Launches Astro White Variants of Redmi Note 7 Pro and Note 7S

Interestingly, Xiaomi announced the launch of its Astro White variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Redmi Note 7S, a device which was shortly launched after the Pro version. Xiaomi announced about the launch of the white colour variant only a day before the price cut on these devices, which means that the price cut on the Redmi Note 7 Pro coincides with the debut of the white colour variant of the phone. It is apparent that Xiaomi is now focusing its sales towards the white variants of the Redmi Note 7S and the Redmi Note 7 Pro which most definitely come with an aesthetic appeal.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Discounted Rate

However, after the price cut, the device will now retail only for Rs 12,999. The second 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the device will be available for Rs 14,999 down from its original price of Rs 15,999. Also, the top variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro which used to come for Rs 16,999 will now be retailing for Rs 15,999. Not only this, but the Redmi Note 7S has also received the price cut of Rs 1,000 meaning that its 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant will retail for Rs 9,999 now and the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant will be available for Rs 11,999.
