It looks like Redmi is all set to launch a new smartphone in the Indian market. Xiaomi has officially confirmed the launch of the new device called Redmi 10. Now, the company has spilled the beans on the partial design of the upcoming smartphone in a teaser. Notably, it reveals the rear camera arrangement of the Redmi 10 via the teaser.




Redmi 10 Teaser Reveals Design

Xiaomi has taken to its official Twitter handle to tease the launch of the Redmi 10 in India. Going by the same, the upcoming Redmi smartphone is believed to arrive in a minimum of three colour options with all variants such as Carbon Gray, Pebble White, and Sea Blue having a glossy finish.

Furthermore, it also shows the presence of a rectangular camera arrangement at the top left corner of the smartphone's rear. Going by the same, there could be a quad-camera module with a 50MP primary sensor as the same is imprinted on it. This unit is accompanied by an LED flash unit. The other aspects tipped by the teaser include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 'Coming Soon' caption.

Redmi 10: What To Expect?

From the previous leaks, the Redmi 10 is expected to flaunt an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 chipset. It is speculated to arrive in three storage configurations including a base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage space, a mid-variant with 4GB RAM and 128 GB storage space and a high-end variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space.

Other leaked specifications include support for dual-SIM slots with nano-SIM card slots, Android 11 topped with MIUI 12.5. It is likely to make use of a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Also, it is said to flaunt a punch-hole display along with a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate.

Apart from the 50MP primary camera sensor, the quad rear camera setup is said to include an 8MP secondary ultra-wide shooter, a 2MP tertiary macro shooter, and a 2MP fourth depth sensor. The Redmi 10 is hinted to make use of a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging as well as 9W reverse charging support.
