Vodafone(AS55410) leased lines seems to be completely down in Kolkata. So all the regional ISPs using Vodafone as upstream are also down.

off topic:
when I am dialling any non jio number from my jio the call gets disconnected after 4 to 5 times ringing. Normally if a number dialled , its ringing atleast 9 to 10 times before getting disconnected. If a person picks the call within first 4 to 5 times of ringing then the call gets connected. If does not pick within first 4 to 5 times the call ended.

is any one facing these issues on Jio ?
