PUBG Lite Beta Makes Its Way to India With Hindi Language Support and Low System Requirements, Check Details

PUBG has amassed a massive fan following all across the world, and it is obvious that the players of the game want in on the action on every platform. The Battle Royale game has managed to find fans on Play Station, mobile, and PC as well. However, some of the players who wanted to play PUBG on low-end PCs were struggling before as their laptops did not have the required specifications. To cater to such players, PUBG announced the arrival of PUBG Lite in India which allows PUBG players to run the game on low-end PCs or laptops. The beta registration of PUBG Lite was on since the last few weeks, and the game’s servers have also gone live now. There is also a new update to the game which changes the behaviour of the flare gun. Here are all the details about the newly available PUBG Lite.




PUBG Lite Beta Details and Download Information

In case you want to download PUBG Lite Beta on your PC, then you can do so by simply visiting the PUBG Lite website and clicking on the Download button. On doing this, you will be able to download a 64.1MB executable file that will install the PUBG Launcher on your PC. After this, you will be required to download the additional game files which are needed to run the game on your PC. These additional files will be over 2GB in size. Hence you will have to ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection. These files will also include software like Microsoft Visual C++, updated .NET Framework, and DirectX 11.

From the same page, you will also be able to download Nvidia, Radeon drivers for your PC in case you need that. You will also be asked to log in with your PUBG account. By chance, if you have not yet created a PUBG account, then you will be required to do so. Previous players of the game will be able to use their existing account to sign in to the game. After the auxiliary files and the game has been installed you are good to go.

PUBG Lite Hindi Support

One of the highlights of PUBG Lite and its India arrival is the Hindi language support which has been extended to the game. This changes a lot of UI elements in the game to the Hindi language. Also as part of the pre-registration bonus reward, the users who registered for the game beforehand get a black scarf, punk glasses, bloody combat pants and the event rewards include Tiger M416 gun and the Cheetah parachute skin. In addition to this, the redeemable codes are scheduled to arrive on the email users of the players on July 11, 2019.

PUBG Lite System Requirements and New Update

The minimum system requirements for PUBG Lite Beta mention Windows 7,8 or 10 64bit, Intel Core i3 3.4 GHz, 4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 4GB disk space. The recommended specifications for the game are Windows 7,8 or 10 64bit, Core i5 2.8 GHz, 8GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD7870 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 GPU and 4GB disk space.

Since the PUBG Lite servers were taken down yesterday, the game has also received new updates which include flare guns in all maps and airdrops being visible only to players who possess the flare gun. The Tukshai vehicle has been added to Sanhok, and also the Armored UAZ which can be summoned with the flare gun.
