As we reported earlier today, Philips has launched a range of smartphones in India. Their most high-end smartphone offering comes in the form of Philips i928. It comes equipped with a large 6 inch screen with full HD resolution, an octa-core processor from MediaTek, 13 MP camera and dual SIM card slots.

This device looks as far as the specifications are concerned. It will compete with the likes of Intex Aqua Octa, Gionee Elife S5.5 and Micromax Canvas Knight A350. There has been no official announcement by the company about its pricing but they have mentioned that it will be released tomorrow. But according to us, it will be priced higher than its competitors which takes away its upper hand.
