Now Pay for Talk to Uninor Customer CareIt looks like Uninor is a quick learner. Uninor picks up fast from top boys of the industries and follows their steps.

As we can see, Uninor is going to charge when you like to speak to Uninor Customer Care executives in Kolkata circle w.e.f. 9th September, 2011.

I did not get information from other circles, but I guess this revision is coming to all circles where Uninor is operating in coming days, sooner or later.

Details of Uninor Care numbers

Customer Complaints and Service Request Dial 198 Toll free
General Information Dial 121 Toll free access to IVR Information
50p/3min to speak to a call centre executive

As an alternative to speak to CC, I would suggest you to visit Uninor Store or mail to Uninor: care[at]
