However, since its launch, the company sold only the gold coloured variant of the phone in India. Starting today, the phone will also be available in Black colour at the same price tag of Rs. 30,990 on Flipkart.

The Oppo F3 Plus sports a dual selfie camera with 16MP and 8MP units. The 16MP sensor is a 1/3.1-inch sensor with f/2.0 aperture, and the 8MP sensor is used to capture wide-angle shots of 120-degree. It’s the second smartphone in the world to boast of a dual selfie camera after the Vivo V5 Plus. The phone also has a 16MP rear-facing camera with larger f/1.7 aperture, dual PDAF, and dual LED flash.

The F3 Plus flaunts a 6-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 technology. It also has a fingerprint scanner embedded into its home button, which is rated to unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds.

The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 MSM8976 Pro chipset, clubbed with 4GB of RAM, Adreno 510 GPU, and 64GB of internal storage. The storage in the phone can be expandable via a microSD card up to 256GB.

It comes with connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Micro-USB port, and aided GPS chip. Another highlight of the phone is the 4000mAh battery, which promises to deliver up two days of battery life with a single charge. It comes with Oppo’s proprietary VOOC flash charge fast charging technology, which fills the entire battery in just two hours.

The phone measures 163.63×80.8×7.35mm and are on the heavier side at 185 grams. In the similar price range, we have the OnePlus 3T with powerful hardware but lacks the dual front-facing camera and is also available in the Midnight Black colour option.
