OnePlus 7 Updated to OxygenOS 9.5.8 With August Android Security Patch and Other Quirks

The penultimate flagship device from OnePlus in the market right now, that is the OnePlus 7 is likely the most popular device from the Chinese manufacturer after the OnePlus 7 Pro. Given this fact, the Chinese brand is relentlessly pushing new updates and features to this device. As we are knocking our way into August, OnePlus 7 users have also started receiving the new update which brings the August 2019 Android Security Patch onboard the phone. The exciting thing about this update is that OnePlus 7 users are receiving this update even before Google Pixel users, which are usually the first devices to receive the updates for Android.
