OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition Goes Official; Priced at Rs 38,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB Storage Model

OnePlus, at an event in Mumbai, today officially announced the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition smartphone. The special edition smartphone features the same design and specifications as the original 5T but comes in a new colour avatar. OnePlus launched this smartphone on the occasion of Star Wars: The Last Jedi movie release, and also OnePlus recently celebrated their fourth anniversary.

OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition

The OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition has a white back, and the alert slider comes with a red hue. At the rear bottom, OnePlus also added the Star Wars logo, which makes the device look unique. The 5T Star Wars Limited Edition is made out of OnePlus White Sandstone material.

Rest of the things are pretty similar to the 5T. The design remains the same- a 6-inch Full HD+ Optic AMOLED display dominates the front, and the device comes with a unimetal body. Thanks to the 18:9 screen on the front, OnePlus moved the fingerprint scanner to the back, which still is one of the fastest fingerprint scanners out there.

The dual camera setup at the back of the phone is still the same- no changes whatsoever. A 16MP primary f/1.7 camera is coupled with a secondary 20MP f/1.7 aperture, which is a low-light sensor. The phone also has a Portrait mode, which OnePlus claims as a most praised feature on the OnePlus 5 and 5T.

LG V30+ has killed all Chinese OEM flagships with such pricing

Anybody Chinese OEM is no match for LG V30+

I like the case included with starwars op5t. Still LG V30+ is the best wrt specs and advanced hardware technologies, price, pre-book deals.

I will still prefer the V30+ because of the card slot. Will never Jump to Oneplus until they make a flagship with a micro SD card slot and dual nano sims. heck, even a hybrid sim slot is fine because of those ways in which you can glue the sim to the memory.

Looks like I’m one of the minorities who prefer on-board storage than expandable ones. Haven’t used a phone with expandable storage since 2012.
