ZTE’ sub-brand, Nubia is teasing yet another smartphone launch in India, and it could be the battery-centric Nubia N2. Ahead of the launch, the Nubia N2 is listed on Amazon India, where Nubia is currently selling all its smartphones exclusively. Nubia has launched at least one smartphone every month in India this year and is looking for a good market share by the end of 2017.

The Nubia N2 will succeed the last year’s Nubia N1 and has a massive 5000mAh battery. To recall, the Nubia N2 was launched in China earlier this year alongside the Nubia M2 Lite and Nubia M2. The Nubia M2 Lite already launched in India at Rs. 13,999. Apart from this, the Nubia N2 is listed on Amazon India, which confirms that the smartphone going to launch on July 5 is the Nubia N2.
The Nubia N2 has decent specifications on board. It has a 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and 294 PPI pixel density. The device is powered by the octa-core MediaTek MT6750 chipset, paired with a generous 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 128GB with the help of a microSD card.
The dual-SIM enabled Nubia N2 runs Android 7.0 Nougat based Nubia UI. The Chinese variant of the M2 Lite also runs on Android Nougat, but in India, the company released the device with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. That should not happen with Nubia N2.
