The penultimate devices from OnePlus, the OnePlus 6T and the OnePlus 6 are starting to receive a new update which brings the June 2019 Android Security Patch onboard these devices. Along with the security patch, the update also brings the latest screen recording feature to these devices as well. While the OnePlus 6 has started receiving the OxygenOS 9.0.7, the OnPlus 6T has started receiving the OxygenOS 9.0.15 update. OnePlus has also noted that just like its other updates this one is also an incremental one and it is being rolled out to the devices in stages. The update will be released to a few users today, and slowly, it will be extended to a broader set of users.

As per the changelog of the update which was posted on official OnePlus forum, the new update brings the native screen recorder feature which was first spotted on the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro. This feature has become popular as of late and has been one of the most requested one. The native screen recorder allows the phone users to record the content on the screen along with the audio. There are also many customisations available with the screen recorder like the selection of frame rate and more. After OnePlus confirmed the arrival of this update for the two devices, it also revealed that the update would accompany the Android Security Patch for June 2019.
