MTS India CDMA mobile and Data service operator with over 12 million wireless customers in a latest move has now chosen to delight its mobile service users with its customer loyalty rewards program dubbed as “MTS M-Bonus”
Under MBonus rewards program, MTS is providing best deals to its customers, wherein they will get some extra benefits like extra talktime on "USE More GAIN More" basis, Free SMSs, Free Data Downloads, Free Ring-tones and much more!
Yes, you have heard it right, MTS will provide you with the best deals on the basis of customer's usage and performance in their network. All customers enrolled with M-BONUS will fall under 9 pre-defined segments on the basis of their last month ARPU and AON. Each segment has some special benefits on recharges / STVs.
After the enrolment under MBonus,customers will get SMS and OBDs for their segmented offers customers will also be able to check their segmented offers on 155 IVR and also by sending “MYBONUS” to 52505.The extra benefits post recharging will be automatically credited to customers in next morning.
Apart from the above extra benefits all M-BONUS customers will enjoy some special recharges every SUNDAY. These special recharges will be available to all MBONUS customers irrespective of their segment.
Crazy Sunday offers will be available only on that particular SUNDAY and on remaining days it will not be available. The details of SUNDAY offers for MBONUS customers will be announced every Saturday evening on e-mail. All MBONUS customers will receive OBD and SMS on Sunday regarding the Crazy Sunday offer for that Sunday.
