MTS India, the pure-play CDMA operator of the country, has revised its data offerings for its data card subscribers. India’s mobile broadband market has been booming for some time and CDMA operators who enjoyed first mover advantage is now facing competition from GSM/3G players.
At present MTS offers highest mobile broadband speed on CDMA turf – upto 9.8 Mbit/s downlink. It should be noted that Reliance Communications offers EVDO Rev B as Pro3 which offers upto 14.7 Mbit/s but is limited to 2 cities only.
The latest revision from MTS data offerings including 20GB night plan, 24 hr 1GB UL plan
