By April 27th, 2015 AT 12:16 PM

Motorola has just reduced the prices of the Moto X (2nd generation) and Moto G (2nd generation) in the country. The price of the Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen) has been reduced from Rs 12,999 to Rs 10,999, while the price of the Moto X (2nd Gen) has been reduced by Rs 3,000 across the variants. The 16GB variant of the Moto X (2nd Gen) now costs Rs. 26,999 instead of Rs 29,999 and the 32GB variant costs Rs. 32,999 instead of Rs 32,999.

The price cut has been made across the leather/bamboo variants as well. They are available only in the 16GB variants which now have had their prices reduced to Rs. 28,999 from Rs. 31,999. There’s an additional discount of 10% or Rs 1,200, whichever is lower, available till tomorrow midnight, but the price drop of the Moto X (2nd Gen) seems to be permanent.

If you remember properly, these devices are exclusively available through Flipkart, and the price reduction is expected to boost up the sales of these devices, which seem to be losing out on the steam off late. The price of the Moto X (2nd Gen) was dropped earlier as well, so this price drop becomes the second one.
