We have already seen the launch of phones like the Motorola One Vision, Motorola One Action and Motorola One Macro. As the name suggests, these phones come with a focus on photography, a good action camera and macro photography. Now the name which has been given to this device is quite cryptic, and it is tough to decipher what the Motorola One Hyper will excel in.

Motorola One Hyper to Come With Pop-Up Selfie Camera

It is worth noting that the information about the Motorola One Hyper is still in talks, and is very informal. As per the leaks, speculations and images surfaced online, the Motorola One Hyper would be the first smartphone from Motorola which would feature a pop-up selfie camera. Until now, Motorola has been using a punch-hole style notch on its Motorola One Vision and the Motorola One Action to house the selfie camera, and a lot of users had said that the notch on these phones was quite big and had some light leaking out from them on the sides. Now, it seems that Motorola would be taking a different approach to house its camera on its next ‘One’ phone and it would be called the Motorola One Hyper. Although now have some idea about the features and looks of the Motorola One Hyper, there is no hint about how much this device will cost or when it would actually debut in the country.

The latest leak about the phone comes from XDA Developers which points out that this device would be called the Motorola One Hyper, and does not add anything more. However, courtesy of some other leaks which had happened a few weeks ago, there is ample information available about the Motorola One Hyper which tells us what this device will pack.

Motorola One Hyper Expected Specifications

As per these leaks, the Motorola One Hyper would sport a 6.39-inch full-HD+ display which would render a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The panel on this device would be an IPS display without a notch, and it would, of course, feature a full-screen design. The pop-up selfie camera mechanism would house the 32MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 lens. Under the hood, the phone would be powered by Snapdragon 675 processor and it would be accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage and would also have the option of expanding storage via a microSD card.

On the rear side, the Motorola One Hyper would sport a 64MP primary camera with an f/1.8 lens, paired with an 8MP depth-sensing camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The device would be able to shoot 4K videos at 30fps, full-HD videos at up to 60fps, slo-mo videos at 120fps in 1080p resolution and at 240fps in 720p resolution. There would also be a dedicated Night Vision mode on the Motorola One Hyper. In addition to this, there would be a 3.5mm headphone jack, and on the software front, the phone will run Android 10 like the other Android One smartphones from Motorola.
