After Moto G7 Power, Motorola Now Teases Moto G7 India Launch

Lenovo-owned Motorola launched the Moto G7 lineup of phones in Brazil last month. The Moto G7 Power already made its way into the Indian market, and now, Motorola has started teasing the launch of Moto G7 India launch. Motorola posted a teaser on Twitter stating the Moto G7 is coming soon to India, but it did not reveal the launch date of the smartphone. In Brazil, the Moto G7 was launched for a starting price of $299 (roughly Rs 21,300). For the unaware, the Moto G7 series includes four smartphones- Moto G7 Power, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 and the Moto G7 Play. Soon after the Brazil launch, the Lenovo-owned company launched its first Moto G7 series phone in India. It is the Moto G7 Power. The Moto G7 is the second phone from the series that it all set to come to India. Motorola has launched the Moto G7 Power in India for a starting price of Rs 13,999.




Motorola Moto G7: Specifications and Features

As far as the specs are concerned, the Moto G7 comes packed with a 6.24-inch Full HD+ display with screen resolution of 1080x2270 pixels. On the hardware front, the Moto G7 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz. The Moto G7 comes packed with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. The Motorola phone comes packed with a 3000mAh battery and also supports dual-SIM (Nano).

On the camera front, the Moto G7 comes packed with dual cameras on the rear panel, while on the front the phone includes a single camera sensor. On the rear panel, the Moto G7 includes a 12MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens and secondary 5MP sensor with an f/2.2. On the front, the Moto G7 includes an 8MP sensor with an f/2.2 lens for clicking selfies.

Last month Motorola launched the Moto G7 Power in India. The Moto G7 Power is cheaper than the Moto G7 and comes packed with a 6.2-inch display with screen resolution of 720x1520 pixels. The Power comes packed with a big 5000mAh battery which the company claims lasts for 55 hours. The Moto G7 Power includes 32GB of storage and 3GB RAM. It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor.

Motorola Moto G7: Expected Pricing in India

Motorola launched the G7 Power in India for Rs 13,999 and it's the costliest phone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC. That said, the Moto G7 will soon replace the Moto G7 Power as the costliest phone with the said SoC because the G7 packs better specs than the G7 Power. Expected pricing of the Moto G7 is Rs 15,999 for the Indian market with the Moto G7 Plus arriving at a later date for Rs 18,999 or Rs 19,999.
