The Motorola Moto G6 has now received TENAA certification, meaning the smartphone will go official anytime soon in China. The Moto G6, in Black colour, has received the certification but the phone is expected to arrive in different colour options as well. The certification website also revealed some images of the smartphone revealing the design of the phone. The Moto G6 as it was rumoured since the start will feature an 18:9 display to the front, and is expected to sport glass body instead of the metal body. As you clearly see in the images, the Moto G6's back panel has reflective nature, and the edges are subtly curved too. Surely, the Moto G6 looks like the Moto X4 (review) from the back, which is a good thing.

To the front of the phone, there's the 18:9 display panel, which is followed by a fingerprint scanner to the bottom. Above the display, there's a selfie camera, earpiece and a LED flash. To the rear, we get a dual camera setup like the Moto X4 with a camera bump. The right side of the phone houses the volume rockers and power button, while the SIM card slots are not visible in the images. Maybe, the SIM card tray will be placed on the top like the earlier Motorola devices.

Specifications of the phone were not revealed by this listing, but we already have the complete specs of the smartphone. The Moto G6 is expected to sport a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display carrying a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The phone is said to arrive with Snapdragon 450 chipset, coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. A recent leak said that the G6 Plus and standard G6 would feature IP67 water certification, but nothing is confirmed as of now.

The Moto G6 comes with a dual camera setup at the back, and the configuration is said to be a 12MP primary sensor coupled to a 5MP secondary sensor. It' rumoured to come with a 3000mAh battery on board along with Motorola's Turbo Charge support. The phone will boot Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, and most likely it will arrive with Project Treble support.

The launch date of the phones is unknown at the moment, but the phones will be first unveiled in the US market, then Motorola will bring them to the Indian market.
