Motorola, a consumer electronics brand, has today launched a new Wi-Fi mesh system in India called ‘Motorola MH7020’. The launch has been carried out by the Motorola brand ‘Minim’. According to a release from the company, the Motorola MH7020 has become the first integrated Wi-Fi mesh system in India. The company will be selling it in three configurations - 1 pack, 2 packs, and 3 packs, each for a different price.
Further, Indian users will now get a free upgrade to the company’s new mobile application called ‘Motosync’, powered by Minim. The company claims that the mesh system in synergy with the Motosync application will offer users high-level network security, exception coverage, control, and performance, all for a very affordable price.
Motorola MH7020 Wi-Fi mesh System Price In India
As mentioned, the Motorola MH7020 Wi-Fi mesh system has been launched in three different configurations in India. The first variant with a single pack is priced at Rs 7,999, while the other two are priced at Rs 13,999 (two-pack) and Rs 19,999 (three pack).
Motorola said that there are over 22 million broadband subscribers in India, and the numbers are going rapidly, but the number of Wi-Fi related products are very less in the market. The company said that Indian consumers need more options and products to choose from so that they can purchase the best quality stuff possible.
Motorola said that it expects the MH7020 to be one of the leading Wi-Fi mesh systems in India. After the launch of the Motorola MH7020, now there are three products available by the company in the same segment.
These three products are - Motorola MH7020 (AC2200 tri-band router), Motorola MH7022 (AC220 tri-band router with one satellite), and Motorola MH7023 (AC2200 tri-band router with two satellites).
While the Motorola MH7020 is the first integrated Wi-Fi mesh system in India, it is not the most affordable one present in the market.
