dual “standby” sim MEANS bot the sims will never work together….beware thsi is a common con from the high end brands.
true dual sim technology means both the sims work simultaneously. i.e. when ur on a call on 1 network n recieve a call from another network, u will recieve a call waiting indication…..ur caller will not get ur line busy.
pure marketing sense, if u buy 1 phone to run 2 accounts they get less sale!

Guys i recently purchased NOKIA E52 and found out few negatives.
1. Signal reception is not good, say if i keep both samsung metro3g n E52 in corner with uninor sim in both after 2mins if i try to call, nokia52 numer ll be not reachable while sim in samsung gets connected.
2. When i try to speak in a place wher only 1bar is present, voice breaks badly wher as in samsung in the same place i speak hours together unintrrupted.
even nokia 5800 is good in reception but E52 is not. wat to do for this???

well price is the only worry in this Motorola XT800, else its a beautiful package.
If the company pitches this with aggressive pricing it will be a hit else a “WASTED EFFORT”.
